The month of June predicts the execution of some tests, with LNEC, such as the test to be carried out on the seismic table, or the large-scale specimen that will be shipped to Norway, aiming at the preparation and performance of the fire behavior test in the RISE laboratory.
When implementing a prefabricated modular project, based on the premises of the CircularBuild project, it is important to define the principles of sustainability, allowing the maximization of environmental benefits obtained.
Thus, the planning phase is the most relevant moment, through which it is possible to define in advance the various stages from the project to the closure of the work, allowing the optimisation in the use of resources and exponentiating the added value of the building.
Starting from the need for more sustainable activities in the construction sector, the prefabricated modular construction shows itself as an alternative technique, responsible for more environmentally friendly practices.

The reduction or absence of pathologies in construction also allows the reduction of fungi and bacteria that interfere with air quality, reducing the risk of respiratory problems..
